We are seeking skilled and reliable subcontractor cleaning companies to partner with our established cleaning business. As a subcontractor, you will work with us to deliver high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to independently manage cleaning assignments and provide exceptional service. We operate 7 days a week, and working hours are flexible to accommodate different schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags as needed.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness while representing our cleaning business.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning business
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage cleaning assignments effectively.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between job sites as required.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
- Effective communication skills to interact with the main cleaning business, clients, and handle any client inquiries or concerns.
- Ability to provide own cleaning supplies and equipment, including cleaning agents, mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, etc.
- Willing and able to work in homes that have pets
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
Working Hours:
- Flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings. We operate seven days a week to accommodate client needs.
Compensation:
- Compensation is based on project
- Biweekly pay
