The Janitor position we seek at our facility requires a dedicated and detail-oriented person to work in the Winter Park, Orlando region. Your position as a Janitor demands the responsibility of maintaining cleanliness throughout our facilities to provide a welcoming space for all clients. The main duty of your position requires you to execute efficient and effective cleaning tasks. We operate 7 days per week and offers adaptable work shifts to serve multiple schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Empty trash bins and replace garbage bags as needed.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and efficient, with a strong work ethic.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Floor Cleaning, Strip and Wax Experience a Plus ( Not Required )
- A reliable vehicle is required.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Working Hours:
- Flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
- We operate seven days a week to meet client needs.
Compensation:
- W2 Employee – $16 per hour.
- Subcontractor – $18 per hour.
