Sales Support Representative

Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative at E2E Cleaning, you will play a key role in driving revenue by developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the United States. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, presenting our services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to write, speak and understand complex business conversations in English
  • Must have a computer with reliable internet connection
  • Must live and work in Medellín, Colombia
  • Experience with phone sales
  • Previous experience in a CRM platform to track sales activities and client information.
  • Zoho experience a plus
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services and solutions.
  • Actively prospect and contact potential clients through cold calling and follow-ups on leads.
  • Schedule walkthroughs to assess clients’ needs and prepare accurate job estimates.
  • Generate and organize groups of leads to effectively target and manage potential clients.
  • Present and sell company cleaning services to a variety of customers, including both commercial and residential sectors.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets to organize sales data, leads, and client information.
  • Set up as a vendor with new contracting companies to broaden business opportunities.
  • Generate quotes on various aspects of cleaning services as they pertain to work subcontractors perform.
  • Build a strong referral network and maintain an active database of client interactions and customer files.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, friendly, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Maintain a professional image and represent E2E Cleaning’s commitment to quality service and client satisfaction.

Schedule and Benefits:

  • Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time (May include weekend or after hours meetings)
  • On-the-job training and development.
  • Flexible hours to support work-life balance.
  • Pay Ranges from $800 to $900 USD Monthly
